Keep copies of identity, visa, UNHCR, asylum and resettlement documents in a secure location. Seek advice from a qualified legal or protection organization.
Emotional crisis
Reach a trusted person or confidential support service. Avoid being alone when you feel unable to stay safe.
Prepare a safer request
